Ocean Local offers the ability for businesses to advertise on our site.

We have 2 programs available for both our main site and our Yellow Pages, to help increase your exposure with the local community.

Main Site

Top Banner - Top banner placement is available in all sections of the site, as listed in the top and left hand navigation. These banners must be targeted to these areas.

Cost - $200 per month

Side Banner - Side banner placement is available in most sections of the site, with the exception of Restaurants, Attorneys, Doctors and Worship in the target sections. These banners must be targeted to these areas.

Featured home listings are also available under Real Estate.

Cost - $100 per month

Yellow Pages

Top Banner - Top banner placement within the Yellow Pages directory. These banners must be specific to a heading or group of headings.

Cost - $100 per month (includes 5 headings) + $10 for each additional heading

Side Banner - Side banner placement within the Yellow Pages directory. These banners must be specific to a heading or group of headings.

Cost - $50 per month (includes 5 headings) + $10 for each additional heading

Specifications

Top Banner

• Banners must be no more than 468 X 60 pixels in size.
• Animated GIF images are allowed, not to exceed 150K.
• All banners are placed into random rotation for display.
• Dedicated Banner placement is available for an additional fee.

Side Banner

• Banners must be no more than 120 X 240 pixels in size.
• Animated GIF images are allowed, not to exceed 150K.
• All banners are placed into random rotation for display.
• Dedicated Banner placement is available for an additional fee.
• 120 X 600 pixel skyscraper banner placement is also available for an additional fee.
